Madi's New Testament Journey

“I love being involved in church so when we started the NTJ2022 I was so ready for it.

I decided I want to hear and see for myself more of what the living word can give me.

I read it in the mornings with my breakfast and then I listen to it on the bus and meditate on it. When I am at lunch time, I browse once more to see what it was about again. 

I took the decision to give God the best and give the world the rest, so my heart has been to know more of The One who has given all for me. I want to see the Holy Spirit invade my whole being, to reach every corner that has been covered by darkness. I am a new creation and therefore the old life can't take over me, but the enemy tries! 

Being in the word of God is showing me different sides of who God is and who He is to me.

My life is on constant change, and I love involving the Holy Spirit in every moment and decision I take or make. 

Reading the accounts of what others have done throughout the Bible it’s so encouraging for me, it makes me so much more brave, free of fear, bold, loving, caring and with God it just feels like he keeps on giving, so I too will keep on giving. Focusing on God and His Word is like drinking energy drinks, energy doesn’t run out, sleep is as it should be, and peace is at home. 

Knowing God and making God known is such a privilege. I love being a child of God and I love being loved by God almighty, creator of the World, the Father of Jesus Christ.
