Croydon Vineyard has grown over the last 12 years from a small house church to a church of 500+ with 9 employed staff. As a growing church where things are constantly changing, we are looking for individuals with a can-do attitude and have the ability to cope with last minute changes or additions. Service Overseer
Sunday Services Overseer
First in and last out of our Sunday venue to oversee the logistics of the services
Recruiting, deploying and coaching the volunteer teams for all the logistics and hospitality teams
Making the logistical arrangements to ensure that our welcome and integration systems work effectively, with every visitor receiving the radical welcome of the Kingdom and being connected into our church family quickly and efficiently.
Working with our administrator and intern to managing stock of all signs, kit, information and food
Integration and Welcome
Overseeing our welcome information and running our integration processes so that people flow through into discipleship spaces and join teams
Coordinating social gatherings and network events that will enable new people to quickly make connections in the church
Working with the Design and Communications manager to draft and send out our newsletters and to ensure our website and social media posts are assisting with our integration and welcome processes and accurately representing the church.

Bookkeeper & Administrator
Bookkeeping and financial management
Record and reconcile all financial transactions, including tithes, offerings, donations, and expenses.
Maintain the general ledger and chart of accounts.
Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Prepare quarterly, and annual financial reports for Trustees.
Manage accounts payable and receivable.
Administration:
Book, edit and cancel room bookings and checking the bills are accurate and paid on time
Management of fabric and supplies of the office, liaison with cleaner and check stock of cleaning materials
Dealing with building issues as they arise. Maintaining paperwork like insurance, gas safety certs etc
Researching and ordering new items as directed by the Budget holders

Design & Communications Manager
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management: Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.), fostering community interaction and growth.
Website Maintenance: Keep the website up to date with upcoming events, sermon recordings, and relevant church news.
Email & Newsletter Creation: Design and distribute regular email updates, ensuring clarity and connection with the congregation.
Content Strategy: Develop a cohesive communication plan that aligns with the church’s mission and values.
Graphic Design & Branding: Ensure that all digital communications reflect the church’s visual identity and messaging.
Analytics & Engagement: Monitor engagement metrics to optimize communication effectiveness.
