“In a world which encourages us to think and do whatever will maximise our own pleasure, I love that God loves us enough to discipline us, convict us of sin & our need for him and then, gradually but assuredly, make us more Christ-like.

During the last year, I had felt a conviction that how I was approaching many areas of my life, subtly or explicitly, was rebelling against God, whether in my work, relationships, sport or other areas. By confessing my rebellion (or sin) to him and my need for forgiveness, I have been able to change permanently many thoughts and actions which had been destructive for both my relationship with God and my personal being; life after this change has been a lot better than before!”
