Contending For A Spiritual Awakening January 2024

We call you to continue to contend for a spiritual awakening in Croydon and beyond with us this January 10th-19th.

Sign up here - https://croydonvineyard.churchsuite.com/events/kzqmwxlb for prayer prompts for each of the 10 days that should help us capture what God is stirring among us. We are praying that God chooses to use our prayers to increase his work in our midst, in our day.

Here are the suggestions we have made for how you could engage with this initiative: 

1) Commit to an increase in prayer for this season, using the prayer pointers we send through as catalysts for your own journey into God
2) Commit to some form of fasting (eg coffee, some form of food, social media, etc) for the 10 days
3) Fast and pray for one 24 hour period
4) Join our extra prayer events dotted through the 10 days
5) Fast from food every day of the 10 from dawn to dusk

Knock and the door shall be opened

Through our period of contending for awakening this January there will be early morning prayer meetings 7-8am on weekdays at the Harvest Centre, CR2 6HY - also accessible via Zoom -

Pop in for 20mins on your way to work or zoom in in your PJs as you eat your coco-pops. Our prayers don't have to be impressive; just faithful. So let's show up and contend for awakening.  These prayer meetings are happening on:
