"Their faces said it all..."

"I have been trying to be bolder with my faith, especially the prophetic.

I was on holiday with my wife recently in Devon. We were having lunch at a restaurant and I started thinking about what Jesus might be saying. My wife Anne piped up and asked if God was speaking to me. When I said yes, she said God was speaking about a family in the restaurant. We talked it over and decided which family and then felt God say: "just ask to buy them coffee when they finish their pudding".

We did and they happened to be Christians and were on their way to a church meeting. I gave them a prophetic word to let the woman know that people were looking to her because they needed someone to depend on and that she has responsibility with what they are venturing upon. I sensed that they were going into something that may have been holding back what they felt to do. At the same time I was prompted to tell the man what we had read in a little chapel earlier in the day, this was where the apostles were amazed at the withered fig tree and Jesus responded to them by saying that the mountains will rise up and fall away if you believe in prayer. He looked quite relieved at that. And off they went to their meeting.

It was really exciting to see how God moves and to see them smiling when they left instead of a look of concern on their faces. It may not sound like an earth changing experience, but their faces said it all."
